Bitcoin Mining App Terms of Service Effective Date: May 1, 2025 Introduction These Terms of Service establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Land Chronicle ("Company," "we," "us") and users regarding the use of the Bitcoin Mining App ("Service"). This document sets forth the basic terms and conditions for using the Service. Service Agreement Formation of Agreement

The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms of Service and applies to use the Service following the procedures provided by the Company, and the Company accepts this application. The Company may reserve acceptance if there is insufficient capacity in service-related facilities, or if there are technical or operational issues.

Termination of Agreement

Users may terminate the service agreement at any time through the account deletion function in the app. The Company may terminate the agreement after prior notification if a user violates these Terms.

Service Usage Service Content

This app provides a virtual Bitcoin mining simulation service. Currently, the app does not mine actual cryptocurrency or guarantee real profits. Points and virtual BTC acquired in the app are currently used for in-game purposes only, but in the future, a withdrawal service may be developed that allows points to be exchanged for real currency value. Any such changes will be announced through separate notifications. If a withdrawal service is implemented, it will comply with relevant regulations, and users must follow the applicable terms and policies when using such services.

Service Changes

The Company may change the Service based on operational or technical needs, and changes will be announced through in-app notices.

Service Suspension

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, system maintenance, hacking, or technical defects. In case of service suspension, prior notice will be given, or in unavoidable cases, notice may be given afterward.

User Obligations Account Management

Users must securely manage their account information. Users must immediately notify the Company of any issues arising from account information leakage or unauthorized use.

Prohibited Activities The following activities are prohibited:

Interfering with the normal operation of the app Using another user's account without authorization Exploiting service errors or bugs Using illegal programs or automation tools Harming others or violating public morals Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation, or personal information

Advertising and In-App Purchases Watching Advertisements

The Service provides an advertisement viewing function to acquire energy. Advertisements are provided through third-party advertising networks, and the Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements.

In-App Purchases

The Service may offer subscription services within the app. Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play payment system and are automatically renewed. Subscription cancellations must be managed directly through the Google Play Store.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights to content (images, text, logos, etc.) included in the Service belong to the Company or the respective content providers. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or publish the content of the Service without the written consent of the Company.

Damages and Exemption from Liability

The Company is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, service facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons. The user is responsible for all damages resulting from violations of these Terms. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved primarily through dialogue between the parties, and if unsuccessful, according to relevant laws and customs. The jurisdiction for lawsuits related to these Terms shall be the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Miscellaneous

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and service policies established by the Company. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms due to changes in relevant laws, changes in the Service, or other reasons. If the Terms are changed, the Company will notify the changes through in-app notices. The changed Terms take effect from the time of notification, and if a user does not agree to the changed Terms, they may terminate the service agreement.
